With Halloween activities being cancelled for so many clients in New England and the tri-state area, we decided to get creative and put together a wonderful alternative for our mini superheroes and goblins. MAPPS is proud to partner with Chatham Bars Inn, offering our families a seaside Halloween weekend filled with pumpkins, facemask decorating, a costumed Trick or Treat Treasure Hunt, candy, bonfires, s’mores and plenty of apple cider and hot chocolate. While the weather may feel a bit chilly for a swim, guests can still enjoy the tennis courts, golf course, spa, bikes, sailing experiences and visit their nearby farmstand. WEEKEND ITINERARY
Friday, October 30th
5:00pm – Family Pumpkin Carving & Mask Decorating
Carve a pumpkin, drink cider or hot cocoa, and decorate a fabric facemask for trick or treating! Pumpkins will be on display during the Bonfire Boo Bash.
Each session will be limited to 30 guests. Please inquire about advanced sign-ups for a time slot when booking your reservations for accommodations.
Saturday, October 31st
11:00am – Family Pumpkin Carving & Mask Decorating
Carve a pumpkin, drink cider or hot cocoa, and decorate a fabric facemask for trick or treating! Pumpkins will be on display during the Bonfire Boo Bash.
Each session will be limited to 30 guests. Please inquire about advanced sign-ups for a time slot when booking your reservations for accommodations.
4:30pm – 6:30pm Trick or Treat Treasure Hunt and Bonfire Boo Bash (first session)
Families will meet (dressed in costume!) at the Bayview Terrace at 4:30pm to receive their Trick or Treating Clues that will lead them around to different locations on property where an attendant will be located at each station, dressed up, handing out (with gloves) full-size candy bars to all. All clues will lead families to the Beach House Grill for the Bonfire Boo Bash. All the carved pumpkins will be on display on the deck along with a Giant Pumpkin Lighting, Tiki Torches, Spooky Music, Bonfires, S’mores & Cider!

6:00pm – 8:30pm Trick or Treat Treasure Hunt and Bonfire Boo Bash (second session)
Families will meet (dressed in costume!) at the Bayview Terrace at 6:00pm to receive their Trick or Treating Clues that will lead them around to different locations on property where an attendant will be located at each station, dressed up, handing out (with gloves) full-size candy bars to all. All clues will lead families to the Beach House Grill for the Bonfire Boo Bash. GETTING HERE: 90 minutes from Boston or Providence by car, 4 hours from NYC by car.
P.S. Downtown Main Street is 5 minutes from the resort by foot, offering guests a 1/2 mile historic strip of charming boutiques and restaurants. We are big fans of Bistro on Main, Blue Fin Sushi and Buffy’s Ice Cream.
