FROM BASIC TRIPS TO TAILOR-MADE ITINERARIES, OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS DELIVER A SEAMLESS PLANNING PROCESS & AN INNOVATIVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE


1. CONNECT

  • We set up a 30 minute complimentary consultation so that we can learn as much as possible about what you’ve liked and disliked in your past travels and what you’re dreaming about for your future escape.

2. INITIAL PLANNING

  • Following our initial phone call, clients will receive a proposal that offers our top hotel choices with selected room/suite options based on their style and budget, pricing, Mapps amenities and cancellation information in each area of your desired destination/s along with key details to give you the inspiration you need.

  • We set up a call to review the proposal and clients will receive an updated version reflecting any necessary revisions.

  • Once we confirm the accommodations, we provide our clients with a list of our top dining recommendations and a list of the must sees and dos for that particular itinerary.

  • From here, our clients have two options:

    Option 1- for a fee ( please see service page ) the Mapps team will plan and book our client’s day to day itinerary, which includes all transfers, dining, activities, private tours and exclusive experiences.

    Option 2- we connect the client with the concierge team of each hotel and they work directly with them to secure all the additional details needed to complete the trip.

3. CONFIRMATION AND DEPARTURE

  • Each itinerary we personally create is a labor of love and goes through a scrupulous reconfirmation process to ensure everything is in order. Before you depart, we’ll schedule a call to review the itinerary and answer any questions you may have so that you are properly prepared for your upcoming trip. You will receive your confirmation in a pdf. file via email as well as have 24/7 access to it on our travel app, AXUS.

    * we do not reconfirm anything you have booked on your own as we are only responsible for our work.

4. TRAVEL AND FOLLOW UP

  • After your departure, we’ll check in regularly with you and our destination partners to ensure things are going smoothly on the ground. After you’ve returned home, we love to touch base with our clients so we can hear your stories, gather feedback and check out any pictures you are willing to share.
