HOTEL

These bookings are complimentary, hotels pay us commission after the client’s trip is complete.

Mapps hotel bookings receive the following:

  • Best available rate. - you will never pay more by booking with us verse booking direct.

  • Preferred Partner amenities, i.e complimentary daily breakfast, food / beverage credits, priority upgrade status and a personalized welcome amenity.

  • We book one round of your requested dining reservations for no additional fee.

  • We book your round-trip airport transfers for no additional fee.

    Please note -

  • We work exclusively with five-star hotels, resorts, villas and safari camps.

  • We do not book with points.

  • We do not book with third party vendors.

VILLAS / YACHTS / PRIVATE AVIATION

These bookings are complimentary, suppliers pay us commission after the client’s trip is complete. These bookings come with complimentary concierge services.

COMMERCIAL FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

We know the planes, the routes, seats to avoid and have VIP fast track services at every major international airport.

  1. We charge a $50 booking fee, per round-trip ticket.

  2. We provide 24/7 domestic and international flight.

    Please note-

  3. We do not book with miles or points.

TAILOR MADE ITINERARIES

We curate tailor-made itineraries, mapping out every aspect of the trip based upon your personal style of travel /budget and interests.

Our personalized itineraries include:

  • All transfers required i.e. car, train, helicopter and or boat

  • Airport Expeditors ( when applicable )

  • Spa Reservations

  • Vetted Private Tours / Activities / Exclusive Experiences

  • Tickets- Museum / Concerts / Sporting Events / Theater

  • Rental Car

  • Private Chefs for Villas ( when applicable )

  • Packing List

  • Shopping Guide ( the applicable )

Our planning and revision fees vary based upon the scope of the work.

*The planning fee ranges from $500.00 -$1500.00

Any additional changes to the first round of complimentary dining will be subject to a 25.00 change fee per reservation.
