Owner and Founder- Elisa Brown

Elisa Brown is a highly sought out, award-winning travel consultant due to her in-depth travel knowledge, strong industry network, high-touch service and the personal investment she makes with each and every client. She knows every preference, your birthday, the color of your daughter’s prom dress, the college your son is waiting to hear from and most importantly, how you take your coffee. She travels the world extensively, testing out all of the waters; so her clients can flawlessly jump right in.

Elisa’s most recent awards: Condé Nast Travel Expert 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Top100 Global Advisor 2025, Rosewood Hotels Top 50 Global Advisor 2025, Celestial Club Top 35 Global Advisor 2025 - Ritz Carlton, Bulgari and St. Regis Collection and SmartFlyer One 2025. Elisa served on the Faena NYC 2025 Preview Advisory Board and her travels and writing have appeared in several print and online publications, most recently for Vogue Magazine’s Travel Section. Elisa currently resides in Fairfield County, CT with her three children, Jack, Finlay and Hadley.

Director of Travel - Kristen Cognetta

Kristen joined Mapps in 2022 after an extensive career in hotel operations. Her hotel expertise, attention to detail and passion for excellent food ( Italian always wins) and service makes Kristen the perfect person to oversee our partnerships with top hotels, villas, private jet operators, yacht charters and all aspects of the travel experience for Mapps clients. Kristen currently resides in Fairfield County, CT with her husband and baby Frankie.

Travel Manager- Courtney DiBullo

After 7 years of managing personal and business travel for a family office, Courtney brings to Mapps a wealth of industry expertise and an understanding of the service requirements needed for discerning clients. Courtney supports our Director of Travel to ensure all of our trips are executed flawlessly. Courtney currently resides in Fairfield County, CT with her husband and daughter Audrey.

Travel Advisor - Nicole Pomeroy

Nicole joined Mapps after a 20 year career in corporate administration, managing travel for high-level executives. She began her role with Mapps supporting Elisa in the office and on the road as she has a keen eye for scouting hotels, locations and experiences. Nicole has now taken this knowledge and transitioned into a full-time travel advisor for Mapps. Nicole currently resides in Fairfield County, CT with her husband and two children, Emily and Jack.

Travel Advisor - Tahva Wylie

True story- Elisa picked up Tahva as a client on the beach of Four Seasons Anguilla in 2018. After years of curating her travel, Elisa forced Tahva to become a travel advisor for Mapps as her feedback and content whenever she traveled became invaluable to the team. Tahva currently resides in South Central Pennsylvania with her husband and three children, Talia, Reid and Tatum.
