Cambodia

Cambodia’s landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline. Phnom Penh, its buzzy and chaotic capital city, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum's historical and archaeological exhibits. Once ruled by the powerful Khmer empire, remnants from those days can be found scattered throughout the country in the forms of massive stone temples and ancient monuments, most notably the temples of Angkor Wat. Beyond the history and culture, Cambodia is also home to luxurious retreats, spectacular beaches and a wonderful combination with Vietnam.
